SUMMER SOMATIC FLOW YOGA - GENTLE
1.5hrs- Open to 6 women
Perhaps you are craving the flow of movement and the deep stretch of your body through a soft way of being and feeling.
This 1.5hr Gentle Summer Somatic Flow Yoga class is for women: all bodies, all levels, all ages. We will flow and move our bodies in a way that is feels good and promotes a sense of wellbeing for the female body. The somatic movement experience will take you out of your thinking head and into your feeling body.
We will use a soft, intuitive & creative approach to movement, poses and postures with the assistance of props, sound, mindfulness, mantras, journaling breath and sisterhood.
You will come away with a feeling of wholeness, revitalized and invigorated. Whatever the reason is for you, this class can make all the difference by taking the first step onto the mat and saying Yes!
WINTER YIN - RESTORATIVE
1.5 hrs- Open to 6 women
Maybe you’ve been curious about yoga but don’t know where to start. Maybe you’ve felt stuck, sticky and sluggish. Maybe your are on a healing journey. Or, maybe you are needing a place to relax, go inward to find your breath & sense of self.
This Winter Yin-Restorative Yoga Class is for all of the above and much more. During this 1.5hr curated somatic class, we will breath from our belly, feel into our bodies, relax the parts that feel stuck and rejuvenate our mind & spirit through the holding of passive poses & postures with the use of props and sand bags to ground. We will end each class with a restorative poses as we settle into a sweet supportive Savassana.
You will come away with a new found sense inner strength & peace through this class.
