Sacred-Embodiment Practice
Offered as 90 min class or a 3 hour workshop

By unearthing and rediscovering our innate personal power as the sacred feminine regardless of age, ethnicity, religion, size, or socio-economic status, we will cultivate a new relationship with ourselves and other women on a much deeper and profound level.

During this 90 minute class or a 3 hour workshop, we will gather together and through expressions of ancient feminine rituals & ceremony, movement, music, journaling, art, partner work, breath & somatic practices as we bring light to the darkness that hides within; so that we may receive the worth that is ours and embody the sacredness we were born with.

-When we heal, we heal all the women that came before us, our ancestral lineage.

-When one woman rises, we all rise with her.
