WOMEN-GATHER sacred embodiment, is defined as two or more women coming together to cultivate safe and meaningful experiences. Together, we weave sacred threads of connection and sisterhood- restoring the mind, supporting the body, & nourishing the female spirit.
Through embodied practice and shared experience, we seek to decrease trauma-related reactivity, increase out capsitity for self-regulation, build resilience and heal the “witch wound.”
A space where women can gather free of judgement and societal expectations - a place to reconnectwith ourselves, with one another and with the wisdom of being women.
-
The Witch Wound is a modern term for the inherited fear, mistrust and silencing rooted in generations of women being punished, persecuted, shamed, or excluded for stepping outside prescribed roles.
